Ingridients:
500 g hummus flour
1/2 cup of oil
1 tablespoon hot paprika
1/2 tablespoon of dried ginger powder
1 teaspoon of salt
Water as needed
Oil for frying
Preparation method:
Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl
The hummus flour absorbs a lot of liquid, so add the water gradually and mix well until you get a very soft dough (the dough has to pass through the holes in the mold device to get the shape)
Heat oil in a deep pot on a medium flame
When the oil boils, put a little of the dough into the mold device, close it with the screwed holder and manually turn the holder in circles, when the mold device is above the oil and the dough starts to drip slowly into the oil.
Put only a small amount each time so that it will not stick to each other. Fry for about 2-3 minutes until its get golden, take out and place on a grid to filter the remaining oil.
Cool well, the snack hardens when it cools
Avoid over-frying to avoid a burnt taste.
Break the nulamallah into small pieces after frying.
